Well, he isn't walking yet, but boy can he talk. :) I have no idea where he gets that from...

What a Cut!

When we got to Tangles by Becky, I was NOT expecting what I got! Leo sat in the chair all nice, but once the cape came out, so did the tears. And the screams. He cried, and screamed the entire time she was cutting his hair. I felt so bad for him, and for her! Thank goodness she has a little guy who is four months younger than Leo, so she was super calm. I was more worried she'd snip an ear off while he was moving around like crazy! But, she's a professional. :) So, when she finished the cut, she put some "man" gel in his hair. It kind of smelled like men's aftershave, very strange stuff! And we were done. I went in with a baby and came out with a big boy. I had a few tears in my eyes as we drove home! But, isn't he a handsome little guy!A few after shots! :)

1 Year Statistics
Leo is blowing a kiss to the camera on his birthday. What a ham!
Not quite sure he wants to lay still for his mommy to take his picture.
All stretched out so I could get the shot! Thanks Leo Beo!7.05.2008

The Whole Crew

Back Row: Uncle Eric (my brother), Adri (2 weeks younger than Leo), Auntie Jill (my favorite sister-in-law...hee hee, my only!). Middle Row: Uncle Ben (like the rice...), Katelynn (3 weeks older than Leo), G'ma Jan (my mommy), G'pa Randy (my daddy), Justin (um, duh), and Leo Beo (the star of this blog). Front Row: Auntie Jill (my sister), Gavin (will be 3 on July 13) and me. Aren't we a charming group? :)
I don't know if you can tell, but Gavin was super cold in this picture, and scared of the clouds that were moving quickly over the elevator. The "babies" were posing and actually looking. I think this is the ONLY picture we have of the 4 of them looking. It only took about a year...
As Melia said, "What do you expect when you have 4 kids ages 2 and under?' I love how they turned out. I am excited to see the rest!
