We left early Saturday morning, and met up around lunch time. Finding a place to feed 13 people at 1 o'clock on a Saturday proved to be interesting... After 3 strikes, we finally went to Spaghetti Works (one of my favorites!) and got in. The kids ate like crazy animals, and then were treated to balloon animals.
Eli got a penguin, and he loves it! He still carries it around!
Leo got a King Cobra. He thought it was funny to tease G'pa Randy because he is afraid of snakes.
All six kids were happy to get their treat!
After lunch, we hit the pool. The water was nice and hot, just the way it should be! The boys were loving it! Leo does so well when we put his "puddle jumper" vest on him. He is pretty self sufficient. Eli was content to splash like crazy, and not get yelled at. (Unlike the bathtub!)

The whole group swimming. Three adults to six kids is not a good ratio in the pool!
After a few short naps, we got ready to head to the hockey game. We had a blast! We sat around a lot of Gopher fans, so we felt right at home. It was a good game (3-2 Gophers!).

While I was putting Leo to bed that night I asked him what he thought of the hockey game. "It was fun Mommy, but I still love basketball." Oh Leo. :)
After the kids went to bed, Jill, Ben, Justin and I went out for Jill's birthday. She turned old on Saturday. We saw quite a few things while we were out and about. It was interesting.
We had a great weekend, and are so excited for my sister and her kids to come up in 2 weeks!
